How Reliable is Zillow?

Here is some food for thought on Zillow.com, the home-valuation website, from the Wall Street Journal's, Real Estate Journal.

The upshot of it is that while sometimes accurate, Zillow can be way off base with home values. If you are interested in home values, call one of us - we can do a more accurate market analysis for you in minutes that takes into account average length of time on market and many other important factors.
