City office.
With over 26 years of combined real estate experience, this Mother-Daughter Team understands the special connection families share, including the impact buying or selling a home can have on everyone. They understand that in business perspective is everything ñ family perspective. Family is and has always been an important factor in both Karen & Sarahís life. For 17 years, they lived in and traveled to several countries: Norway, Belgium, Germany, France, Japan, West Africa and the
United States . Through their many visits to other parts of the world, they learned a great deal about human nature and enjoyed their experiences with diverse cultures. Across every culture, they discovered that family is the universal priority and concern.
Their close ties, their shared values and their common experiences are what kept them close throughout each new adventure ñ and perhaps that is just one of the reasons why Karen and Sarah work so well together today, as a respected team of professionals in Fayette and Coweta Counties.
Prior to moving to Senoia, Georgia in 1989 and becoming a REALTOR in 1990, Karen earned her MBA degree from
Boston
University and had a 17 year career as a math teacher. She is an Associate Broker and has earned the ABR, GRI & CRS designations. As an active member of the Fayette Board she has served on and chaired numerous committees and is presently a Local Director and a member of the Grievance Committee.
Karen also has been involved in both the National and State levels of the Council of Residential Specialists; she just completed two years(2006 & 2007) as President of the Georgia Chapter of CRS.
Sarah Boynton is an Accredited Buyers Representative and has been working with Karen for nearly ten years. Sarah also enjoyed a successful career as a college fundraiser, working in Web design, marketing and database development. She maintains a high level of enthusiasm for everything she does. She is an alumna of
Reed
College in
Portland, Oregon . Sarah and her family have been residents of downtown Newnan since 1997.
Karen & Sarah are extremely familiar with both Fayette and
Coweta
Counties . They have a broad range of knowledge about the local market, and they share an affinity in particular for the wonderful historic homes located here. Karen & Sarahís family perspective has been a great asset in their careers as real estate professionals.
